Nice to look at and functional as well.
Lovely unit. Nice choice of colors for flames and crystals. Heats a 12' x 20' room (if door to room is closed). Well packaged (double boxed). Metal construction so it weighs a bit (48lbs). If mounting on wall best to have a couple of screws into a stud. Instruction booklet could be better organized. Overall, pleased with purchase.

Stunning, vibrant fireplace
This was product was purchased for us as a gift off of Wayfair - The beauty and functionality of it did not disappoint. There are multiple settings so that you can customize the flame/coal colour combinations and each are stunning. The biggest downfall with the installation was the lack of directions that the manual provides - We did manage to figure it out though and it was SO worth it! - Emily and Kevin

Great fireplace
I love my new fireplace. Gives off enough heat for my basement. Love the different colours of the flames. Very nice and relaxing feeling.

Really adds ambience to my piano room
Beautiful fireplace... so easy to install as well, and makes my piano room looks really modern. We couldn't find the remote in the box. At first I thought tracking down another remote will be such troublesome... but no, their customer service is really friendly and helpful. The remote was shipped out immediately and I received it the next day! I am really satisfied with the product and especially the customer support.

Beautiful, love the flame colour options.
Our kids purchased this as a gift for me. I love how it looks Very pleased with the flame colour options. Our room is too big so heater isn't big enough but love how it looks. Lower from heat vent allowed us to install below TV.
