BAD INSTRUCTIONS
The pictures in the instructions that came with the retractable screen are so dark that you cannot see see anything in them. There is no parts list to describe what each part is. The instillation instructions are so vague you cannot even tell which side is up, or where it goes or attaches to. RETURNING IT TOMORROW.

Horrible Instructions
I have never had a product that needs installation come with such poor instructions. I bought 2 for use with a double door - as the box states is possible- yet NOWHERE in the instructions does it tell you HOW to make it work together. There was NO parts list even thought the instructions referenced part numbers (none on the parts themselves either). The pictures with reference the instructions are so dark, they are unreadable. Clicking on instruction manuals on your website lead to fireplace manuals!!?? I give up. They are going back to HomeDepot. Stay away from this product.

Stay away from this product
I have never written a bad review ( or any review) until today. I'm a fabricator by trade, so I know how to put things together . This was the worst experience I have ever had. The engineering is terribly thought out and the instructions are from Mars. I'll be taking this back to Home Depot ASAP!

Don't waste your time or money
Don't waste your time or money on this poorly designed retractable screen door. The instructions aren't worth the paper they are printed on. The video isn't much better. The sharp edges on the upper horizontal guide cut the screen. There are other retractable screen doors available that are easier to install and won't self destruct .
