Terrible
I was super excited to get a modern self watering planter. However, I was really disappointed when I finished planting and filled the planter only to discover that it leaked. I am unable to return because I already planted. Buyer beware. Don’t waste your money. Response: Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're so sorry to hear that you're experiencing some issues with the planter. We'd like the chance to make it right for you. Please contact customercare@jrhome.com and our team would be happy to help.

Soil too wet…
I purchased one of these self-watering planters for some annual hibiscus plants I put on my balcony. The first time I filled it I found that the soil was sopping wet not just moist so after several hours I removed the planter part and put it directly on the concrete balcony. I’ve been told that these plants like the soil to be moist, however I’m not sure if the earth should be that wet. Now I don’t know what I should be doing. I’ve refilled the container once more and again thought the soil was too wet. Any tips or suggestions, etc? Response: Hi Lorraine. We'd be happy to assist. Please email customercare@jrhome.com so we can provide you with a solution.
