WOW! Gorgeous realistic fireplace
WOW! What a beautiful fireplace! So easy to use. It's beautiful with or without the heat. Looks so real! I love the convenience of the app as well

Beautiful Fireplace, but wifi might be an issue
Great looking fireplace! Easy too install with the included wall mount. Remote took very little time to understand, even with a multitude of different color options for the flame, embers and backlight. Have yet to use heat function so can't speak on that as of yet. Only issue thus far is connecting to 2.4ghz Wi-Fi. Until i can figure that out there is an an obnoxious blue blinking light on the display. If customer service can help me solve this, I will be very happy with my purchase. That said one minor improvement I would make is not having the product logo on the front panel, I just think it looks sleeker if not there.

Best fireplace and company ever!!!!!!
This is FABULOUS!! I have never owned one before, and I am so very impressed at the beauty. It is so classy! Your customer service is the best I've ever had. Tamerin called me back and I didn't even leave a message! There were a lot of questions, and she was so patient and kind. You have a gem there in her. One only had this for about a month but i have fallen in love with it! Great job, Paramount. Great product and employees that truly care.
