Beautiful and Functional
Not only does it provide nice heat, it also looks beautiful. Ours is black rather than bronze. We love it.

Great So Far
We purchased the black unit from Costco.ca. It was fairly easy to put together, took us about an hour to do. Looks great, we will see how well it works in the fall.

Works well
This heater works really well, it heats up our deck very nicely and I love looking at the flame. The only issue is that it takes a while to get it started so you need to be patient.

Works well
This heater works very well- heats up quickly and spreads the heat evenly. The flames are a nice touch and are lovely to watch. I am only giving it 4 stars because it takes a while to get the pilot light started.

Best looking outdoor heater
Purchased this product at Costco, it came in black, my brother has the bronze version. I love this outdoor heater, it is beautiful to look at with the spiral flame and works great. My brother also cannot live without it!

Gets Dirty with soot
Great heater…but everytime I use it the glass cylinder turns black with soot. Need to unbolt the whole cap to clean it every time I use it….thinking of returning it to Costco Response: Sorry to hear that you're experiencing some challenges with the patio heater. Making Canadian Summers last longer...
These heaters are great - we first saw them on a patio at a restaurant and the heat they gave off what incredible. We ran out and bought two the next day. It will extend our Canadian Summers well into October. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased the Spiral Flame patio heater for my deck. I spend alot of time in the garden since I have 2 German Shepherds and spend alot of time in the garden with the dogs. I love the spiral heater as It is safe around my dogs and I love the flame and heat ...I love the product so much I had to buy two... excellent product, highly recommend.. and don't forget to buy the cover....I got 2 of them as well...

WOW ! Great result !
Purchased 2 units. Great service from Tamerin ! Well made, excellent quality, easy to assemble. I recommend assembling the protective wire cage using a 10mm deep socket on a screwdriver type driver. The heaters start very well, give ample heat and the spiral flame is very pleasant to look at. Do not install battery into igniter until heater is fully assembled in an upright position. The glass globe is packaged inside the core of the heater. DO NOT PULL OUT THE GLASS TUBE BEFORE HAVING PLACED A PIECE OF FOAM OR CUSHIONING OF SOME KIND ON THE FLOOR BELOW WHERE THE GLASS TUBE IS BEING PULLED OUT OVER. If the glass makes contact with concrete or metal it will BREAK ! Don’t hesitate to purchase a JR HOME PRODUCT, they are FIRST CLASS ESPECIALLY TAMERIN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!

Elegant Patio Heater
Great patio heater! Attractive heater for our deck. I really like the height of the heater and that the igniter is at waist height so it is easier to light. Flame is pretty and the output of heat seems good. So far I am very happy with this product.
