So far, so good
Received our fireplace more quickly than anticipated. Wall installation was straight-forward. Had to get in touch with Paramount to ask about the missing wall mount. Nowhere in the instructions does it say that the wall mount is attached with screws to the back of the unit for shipping. Would be nice if this was made clear. Now that were using it, we are really enjoying it. Looks great in our bedroom. The remote and timer are very handy.

Perfect
This fits our requirement for a narrow (under 24 inch) electric fireplace. The curved glass is a feature that we have on other larger units and find it most attractive, softer edges. Our quick test of the unit has it operating perfectly and quietly.

Good value but not perfect
Positive Features: (1) Very compact--fits in a 24 inch wide space. (2) Curved front looks great. (3) Simulated burning logs and flames look pretty good. (4) Inexpensive. Weaknesses: (1) The fan is a bit noisy. This is no problem in our basement rec room, but it might be irritating in a smaller room. (2) The heat all goes up. You can't get instantly warmed up by sitting in front of this unit. (3) The unit produces a modest amount of heat. It is good as a supplementary source of heat in a larger space, but if you need a serious heat boost I'd recommend going with a space heater designed to heat an entire room.

A beautiful option for our solarium
Our friends ordered this fireplace and we liked how beautiful the flame was and how warm it kept their room, we ordered one too! We have about 300 square feet to heat and it keeps it perfectly cozy!

Disappointed
Bought this model about three years ago, it starts up then shuts off been in touch with the manufacturer very nice person there, got nowhere just info how to fix it by myself tried and tried again, it’s going in the trash next week, very very disappointed. Easy Installation
Excellent product with easy installation, had the bracket mounted and fireplace hung in less then an hour. Power cord is long giving lots of options for mounting position. The Fireplace has a realistic look and heats our newly renovated rec room efficiently.
