Excellent Patio/Deck Heater
Good quality, easy to assemble, very effective heater. Perfect for fall evenings on our pool deck and winter BBQ's. We purchased a cover for weather protraction with year around use outdoors.

Good heat source
It took a little longer than expected to assemble it, but still very much manageable. It didn't work at first, then I discovered the supplied battery for the lighter was insufficient. Once I replaced it with a new battery, it lit up easily. Great way to extend the season and gather with friends outside, especially during COVID!

Excellent heater for the money
This is my second Paramount patio heater. My last one lived for 10 years with about as much abuse as I could throw at it. Product was in perfect shape when it arrived. The box was small and well packed, and I really liked the fact that the hardware was bubble-wrapped, marked by instruction number which helped. Assembly was really straightforward, although I did find assembling the heat deflector (the hat at the top) a bit tricky. I got it assembled, but my old deflector fit and it's slightly larger so I ended up using it instead. The heater lit instantly with the igniter, and once the smoke burned off (about 45 seconds) it was perfect. Throws excellent heat. I'm going to try to find a cover as the elements (dust, dirt, spiders) are tough on the components inside.

Good Price... Great Quality...
This Stainless Patio Heater produces significant heat at 46,000 BTUs. It arrived promptly through Best Buy and was easy to assemble although it took almost 4 hours as opposed to the 1 hour professed in the assembly instructions. Slow and steady I guess. Recommended for anyone looking to stave off freezing temperatures in their outdoor space.

Great Product
Excellent patio heater, has extended our patio season, perfect during COVID. Assembly was straightforward, however, there is a problem with the screws attaching the part with the ignition knobs to the post, which has resulted in it being somewhat wobbly, though it seems sturdy nonetheless. Would otherwise be a 5 star review!

Good for the price
Purchased this and heater works quite well. Only reasons for three stars is the stainless steel scratched very easily in fact just pulling off the plastic covering my nails rubbing against it made some scratches without trying. Also, the bottom was a pain to put together because the bolt lengths are literally just long enough to grab the nut so if they were even a quarter inch longer it would be way easier to secure the base. Finally, when it is put together, the top actual heater component is slightly tilted. These are pre-drilled holes so it is not my installation error but the holes must have been drilled slightly incorrect. Warranty card registration link also does not work. But otherwise the heater works very well for the price. I would have given it 5 stars and ignored all the other stuff it it could hold a 33lb propane tank which is only 6 inches taller but I would pay for that luxury for sure.

Easy to build and looks good!
The heater was very easy to build. It looks very nice on the patio. A great feature of this heater is the ability to fill it with sand/water so it can withstand wind/rain! Very good experience so far and easy to use.

A new Paramount Customer for Life
My heater arrived as promised from Best Buy and was pretty easy to put together. The heat is amazing and made such a difference to extending back patio season! After about 8 months I had a starter issue and the customer service (shout out to Tamerin) with Paramount stayed with me until it was up and running again as it wasn’t the usual simple fix. She even followed up afterwards to make sure everything was working properly!

Nice Patio Heater
Well packed - stainless steel base and reflector panel components protected from scratching with plastic covering. Easy to assemble following clear instructions in Manual provided. FIred up first time with no problems. Provides good heat in about 15 foot radius.

Decent Unit for the Price
Pretty decent quality - sadly the screws and other hardware are not stainless, that could have extended the life of the unit. It all fits together quite well, and instructions are clear. Takes about an hour to assemble and test. Fired up right away and works well.

I bought the bronze version through Costco.ca It is very attractive. It arrived damaged but the company moved quickly to send me a replacement part. It is an effective heater for a 6-10 foot radius. I'm very happy with my purchase.
