Fantastic find for my patio
Just received this heater from Costco, and it is working great! cant wait to see how it goes rest of this summer, but if its as good as this, may need to get another one next year! Only bit of advice I would give is when we put it together , we didn't realize there was a battery required for the ignitor, and we were worried it was a did. I called customer service, who where wonderful and helped us re the battery.

Great heat!
Just received this heater from Costco, seems perfect so far! may need another one, happy with purchase, gives off good heat!

Customer Service Awesome
Went together very easily, had trouble starting it, low flame, but once I contacted customer service directly, they gave me all the info I needed and now it works perfectly. She also gave me all kinds of tips to keep my heater in good working order.

Patio heater
The heater looks great and works great except the igniter wasn't working. I called customer support and they were very helpful and are sending me a new igniter.

Great for enjoying cool nights outside
Easy enough to assemble, the heat is efficient and allows us to enjoy cooler nights outdoors. I would recommend.

Great patio heater for a good price
Purchased this unit as it is stainless steel hoping it will not rust. Lights quick, and gives off a good amount of heat I would say in around a 6 foot radius on each side on medium heat. Used it on high for a while but that was too hot for a cool summer evening. I had a number of questions as the manual needs updating and minor clarifications which customer service addressed promptly.

Patio Heater
I found this patio heater really great. The stainless steel quality looked good. It had a base that you could add sand to to make it heavier. Also once assembled it was easy to fire up. I liked it so much that I decided to buy another one.
