Great fireplace
We purchased this a couple of months back. It warms up our television room in the basement which was always chilly. Kudos to Tamerin at customer service. Quick response and she was full of helpful tips.

What a great fireplace unit.
A really great insert. I used it to replace one that we’ve had for several years. It was very close in size, and with a minimum of adjustment, I had it running in no time, and it does a wonderful job of heating our living space.

Good product
We had to do a bit of fiddling to make this unit fit our space but are happy with the results and it is performing as expected.

Happy with this unit
Happy with it so far. Good heat and was perfect for a retrofit. Great price too. Only time will tell if it will be worth 5 stars.

Excellent Fireplace Insert
I ordered fireplace online Feb 8th from Costco and received it Feb 12th. It was well packed. Unpacking and setup was quick and easy. Great service, product, price and user friendly! I would highly recommend !

Great Fireplace for a Great Price
Bought this to put in my manonry opening. It was just a little smaller than the opening which is perfect. This is the second electric fireplace I have purchased from this company and will buy again if I need to.

Just got this yesterday and already very happy. Installation could not have been easier! The remote is a great welcome addition. Love the look, the quiet sound and heat level is wonderful.
